2. Payment and Transaction Policy

Payment Terms:
Preferred payment is a single payment. However, we offer flexible terms, such as two payments over 3–4 months (50% upfront), if agreed upon.
A modest deposit can be made to secure the property while paperwork is initiated.
Mortgage Arrangement: If payments are split into two installments, the property will remain mortgaged in favor of T-Kornai until full payment is received.
No Hidden Fees: All costs, including taxes and registration fees, will be clearly communicated upfront.

3. Appointment and Visit Policy

Online Booking System: Clients can use our online booking system to schedule appointments or property visits at their convenience. Time zones, dates, and times are customizable to accommodate global clients.
Optional Appointments: While booking an appointment is encouraged, clients can also contact us directly via phone or email to discuss property details or arrange visits.
Guided Tours: Property visits include guided tours, access to the land, and detailed explanations of its features and potential.

4. Legal and Compliance Policy

Debt-Free Properties: All properties offered by T-Kornai are free of liens, encumbrances, or disputes.
Permits and Regulations: Properties are fully compliant with local zoning laws and regulations, making them suitable for development projects.
Third-Party Verification: Clients are welcome to hire their own real estate agents, lawyers, or appraisers to verify the property’s legal status and value.
